Ladies Section Members

Please be reminded that the sheets are now up on the notice board in the Ladies Changing Rooms.

There are 6 players required for the opening friendly, which is a Home Match against Kingsknowe on Thursday 26 April at 2pm. The other matches are also posted here

If you are available for the opening match or any others and wish to play, please append your name on the sheets on the Ladies Noticeboard in the Locker Room.

2018 Competition Draw Sheets

Draw sheets for the Gents singles and foursomes, Ladies singles and foursomes, Mixed foursomes and Seniors singles are now available to view on our website and are displayed on the relative notice boards.

You can view all draws on our website by going to the Competitions page, click on View Results and at the bottom of the page click on Knock-out Draws.


Easter Sunday – 1 April 2018

Fancy a family day out for Easter Sunday? No better place than the Club. The Caterer has put on his Sunday Roast menu and this will be available from 12.00 noon till 5.00pm.

Seniors Section – Match Information

Seniors Secretary, George Ingles wishes to inform all senior members that the teams for the first three friendly matches are now on the noticeboard. Can all player please check these and tick off their name. This will help George greatly in ensuring that the teams are complete on each match.

Mount Vernon Charity Breakfast

This Sunday sees the annual Charity breakfast being held in the Clubhouse, the Mount Vernon organising Committee are asking members to help them raise funds by buying raffle tickets from behind the bar, they are also seeking donations that can be used for the raffle or to Auction. If you have anything that you wish to give, please leave them behind the Bar for Hugh Roarty’s attention.

With around 120 people attending this event, the organisers are hopeful once again of raising a huge target figure. Please give them support.
