For all members who have and pay for a hook in the trolley shed you will be aware that we are introducing a permit scheme to aid the administration of trolleys in the shed. This small plastic permit should be attached to your trolley at all times and a Cable tie will be provided along with the permit. These permits will be colour coded and a different colour will be provided each year. The permits are numbered and will correspond to your hook number. The permits will be able to be collected from the office from Tuesday, 2 January 2018 at 9.30am members should know their hook number and this will be checked against the information we hold. If you have your trolley in the shed and don’t pay for a hook please remove your trolleys immediately. A waiting list exists for trolley hooks and anyone wishing to have their name appended to this should contact the office. Following a period of time to allow for the distribution of the permits, an audit will be carried out and all trolleys without a permit at that time will be removed (notification of this date will be provided in advance) . We require the cooperation of members to assist us in providing the ideal administration of this area. We are aware of the light that is out in this area and that the area could do with a good clean. Arrangements are in place to resolve both issues.
The kids party took place on Sunday in the function hall. What a wonderful time was had by all. With over 60 children this year, Tricky Ricky had his hands full!
Anyway, the kids were great and they all joined in the fun with games, magic tricks, dancing, joke telling, food and of course a visit by Santa Claus!
A massive thank you to Dave and Ann Kelly for all of the organization and of course, their band of helpers. Also a massive thank you to Santa for the great presents and spending so much time posing for photos.
Due to the weather conditions overhead and on the Course players are meeting at 10.30am for Coffee and Mince Meat Pies. See you all there.

Booking of these competitions have been quickly taken up in previous years and therefore we advise that early booking is recommended.
